September 15, 2015 Ready to Play?

As A Little Child Retreat Day To be a human being is to be a child of God. – M. Bartolo-Abela Setting a child in their midst, Jesus told his closest friends – If you want to really get what I'm all about, become like this.  Is it possible Jesus meant what he said? As A Little Child will invite us to consider Jesus' invitation.  What is it about children that makes them so special?  How can we actively re-embody the gifts of childhood?  What is the cost of this invitation?  What is to be gained? What are practical ways to nurture the child within?
